The Service Engineer que​​stioned myself and the Analysts that operate the instrument to fully understand exactly what was occurring and every aspect of our procedures to help him effectively troubleshoot the problem.  I had to insist we stop for the day, since it was now 6:30 PM. Now, that's dedication to his job.  He took the initiative and went above and beyond his service responsibilities! He worked tirelessly and professionally while he was at our facility. You are fortunate to have him as an employee and we are very fortunate he was sent to us! It was a pleasure working with him."
