Teledyne Tekmar partners with Sun Analytical Instruments

| Mason, Ohio - October 13, 2008 – Teledyne Tekmar Company, a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY)
announces that they have partnered with Sun Analytical Instruments. Sun Analytical Instruments will be responsible for managing sales for Tekmar's analytical instruments in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. "This synergy with Tekmar and Sun allows us to maintain and deliver on our commitment to our customer-first approach that many have come to rely on," states Charles Fulmer, General Manager for Teledyne Tekmar. Site installations and after-sales services will continue to be provided Tekmar from the Mason Ohio location.

Teledyne Tekmar Wins Bid to Supply 11 TOC Analyzers to Turkey

Mason, Ohio – June 24, 2008 – Teledyne Tekmar Company, a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) announced today that they have won a bid to supply 11 TOC Fusion instruments to the State Hydraulic Works, a state authority responsible from water management in Turkey. These 11 instruments will be installed at various locations throughout the country of Turkey to monitor the drinking water quality in this region. Site installations and after-sales services within and out of warranty period will be provided by the local Teledyne Tekmar agent, Terralab, who contributed in achieving the contract.
