Our Technical Support Department is the leader in the market pertaining to response time and capability to resolve your instrument problems in an opportune manner. 

Our Field Service Department provides a broad gamut of instrument support.  Response time, knowledge and ownership are the quality traits which have positioned this group as a leader in the market as a single service support provider.

Our Services Include:

Factory Repair
Factory repairs are done at our Ohio facility in order to save on instrument service costs.

Installation
We will help you install new instrumentation or move your current instrumentation to a new location.

Instrument Refurbishment
A service representative can do a refurb on site in order to prolong the life of the instrument.

IQ/OQ
Our installation and operational qualification program consists of producing the thorough audit trail needed to meet internal and external validation requirements while confirming proper installation and operation with documented tests.

On Demand Repair
A service representative will come on site and do the repair.  This is billed on a per incident basis.

Preventative Maintenance
This ensures that your instrumentation is working at its optimum capability.

Service Agreements
Our service agreements include preventative maintenance, overnight shipment of parts, 48-hour response to your site, and priority service.

Software/Hardware Upgrades
Upgrades are readily available for the lifetime of your instrument.
