​​​​​Block of Time (BOT)​
​Response Time - 48 hours (from time Tech Support sets up Service Call​)
  • Free unlimited Technical Phone Support
  • 40 hours at a 25% discount on labor
  • FSE available to work on all equipment listed on contract (List of equipment required to ensure FSE is trained / certified)
  • Service report signed by Customer and FSE when call is complete
  • Larger Blocks Of Time available with larger discounts (upon request)
  • All parts are to be supplied by the Customer
  • A minimum of two hours labor will be charged for every day service is needed
  • Any remaining hours expire after 12 months of signing the contract
Payment terms: Payment due in full to start the contract.​
